We’ve been hooked and appalled in equal measure by Love Is Blind, with this year’s couples giving us red flags and icks a plenty.
But there is one thing that is setting our teeth on edge more than anything else.

Yep, it’s Sal’s ukulele that is making us heave, with the 31-year-old executive assistant repeatedly whipping out his instrument and strumming out a song for his match, Mallory.
We first saw Sal’s sinister hobby rear its ugly head in the pods, when he wrote a quirky song for Mallory to show his feelings for her.

And while Mallory described Sal’s strumming as “cute”, viewers at home were left physically cringing from their intense ick reaction.
Flocking to Twitter, one person wrote: “Love Is Blind season 2 helping me realise that possibly my worst nightmare situation is a man who loves me unconditionally simply not knowing when to put down the ukulele.”
Another agreed: “Sorry Sal bursting out in song with that ukulele would give me the ick no end, no at the alter just for that.”

“I can permit a lil ukulele serenade one or two times … maybe even think it's cute,” said a third. “But Sal on love is blind 2 is doing the absolute most…it’s just so ick!”
“If a man started playing a song for me on the UKULELE id get instant ick,” said a fourth, and a fifth added: “I know some people like being sung to so to each their own but I would have smashed Salvador’s ukulele by now....you’re not about to turn my life into a musical. Enough is enough.”

Sal is not the only contestant on this year’s Love Is Blind with a unique talent.
Some eagle-eyed fans have spotted a random assortment of balloon animals popping up in scenes between Danielle and Nick.
It transpires that Danielle has been teaching Nick how to make his own inflatable friends – which Nick actually has quite a knack for.
