Toby Carvery Is Doing Takeaway Christmas Dinners

Whether you're self-isolating, bubbling up or having turkey with your parents over Zoom this year, there's no doubt Christmas is going to be a little different in 2020. And if you just can't be bothered to cook (we don't blame you), Toby Carvery is here to help.

The popular pub chain is launching a Christmas dinner takeaway to give hard-working families a little bit of extra free time this year, and it will set you back £24.99.

The two-course meal will be available for collection on December 25^th and comes with a selection of freshly carved meats, festive vegetables and accompaniments including pigs in blankets, as well as Toby Carvery's famous ruffled roasties and signature yorkshire puds. It comes rounded off with a slice of classic Christmas pudding, served with brandy sauce or custard.

For vegetarians, Toby Carvery is offering spinach, smoked cheddar and mushroom pithivier along with a range of festive accompaniments including roast parsnips and roast potatoes.

Unfortunately the service is only available in Tier 1 and 2 areas, so Londoners and other Tier 3-ers will need to make other arrangements.

Toby Carvery's sister restaurant Stonehouse Pizza and Carvery is also getting in on the action, offering the same meal for £19.99 with the option to add dessert at £4.99. Here, the vegetarian option is a brie and cranberry wellington with either nut roast or mushroom, along with a range of festive accompaniments including roast parsnips and roast potatoes.

What's more, as an extra helping hand for those who have worked so hard to look after us this year, Blue Light cardholders will be able to get an extra 20% off all takeaway orders at Toby Carvery and 10% at Stonehouse Pizza and Carvery.

All meals should be pre-ordered with your local Toby Carvery or Stonehouse Pizza Carvery by Wednesday 23^rd December, so be sure to get your orders in quick!
