Ben & Jerry's Is Launching Three New Flavours Of Cookie Dough Core Ice Cream

If you needed something to brighten this dark Thursday morning, rejoice in the fact Ben & Jerry's is releasing three new flavours of its delicious Cookie Dough Core Ice Cream.

We might be in the depths of snowy winter but we can't think of anything better than curling up in front of the fire with a tub of the delicious ice cream and quite frankly it's worth breaking the 'new year, new me' diet for.

The new flavours here to brighten our day are Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Core, Sweet Like Sugar Cookie Dough Core and Wake & 'No Bake' Cookie Dough Core. Anyone else's mouth watering?

Announcing the new flavours, Ben & Jerry's flavour guru Craig Koskiniemi, said: "We wanted to give our fans a chance to expand their love of our cookie dough flavors and offer both classic and entirely new combinations. In trials, our fans clamored for the new Cookie Dough Core flavors."

For anyone who hasn't experienced the joy that is Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough Ice Cream, hold onto your spoons because you're about to be impressed.

Each tub contains a pillar of cookie dough straight down the middle, making each spoonful a little piece of heaven.

But fear not, it is totally safe to indulge in the cookie dough without worrying about getting salmonella, because it's made out of pasteurised eggs and heat-treated flour, according to the ice cream brand.

At this point we're just waiting for the day Ben & Jerry's releases a tub filled completely with cookie dough but for now we can't wait to enjoy all the new flavours on offer.

The new Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Core blends fudge chips and chocolate chip cookie dough cookie milk ice cream.

Sweet Like Sugar contains sweet ice cream with a slight taste of almond flavouring and shortbread cookies.

Wake & 'No Bake' Cookie Dough Core is for the peanut lovers among us. It contains vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cookies, peanut butter ice cream with fudge chips and of course, a no-bake cookie dough core.

We can't wait to try them all.
