Aldi Launches New Range Of Gin And Vodka Liqueurs

With spring just around the corner, Aldi has launched a new range of gin and vodka liqueurs including trifle-flavoured, watermelon and strawberry lemonade.

Prices start at less than £10 for the new range - and they sound utterly delicious. Just *think* of all the summer barbecues spent supping on these refreshing tipples.

The summer stunners will be hitting the shelves - and online - on Monday 16th March, so we might even crack them open for a cheeky midweek tipple.

There are four new flavours to choose from and we're having trouble picking a potential favourite.

First up, meet Aldi's summer trifle gin liqueur - a pudding-inspired drink with sweet tastes of raspberry jelly, vanilla and a hint of creamy custard.

The supermarket recommend pairing with a light tonic. Plus, it even shimmers - making it the perfect tipple for a special summer event. At £9.99 for 50cl, it won't hurt your bank balance, either. De-lish.

Next, let us introduce you to the strawberry lemonade gin liqueur. In partnership with Didsbury Gin, this red tipple is the ultimate summer drink.

We can almost feel the sun beating down on us just *thinking* about all the delicious cocktails we could make with this.

Combining strawberry with refreshing citrus, if you love a strawberry lemonade, this is a winner. It'll set you back £11.99 for a 50cl bottle.

For a truly exotic tipple, Aldi has also introduced a raspberry, vanilla and coconut gin liqueur. Also in partnership with Didsbury Gin, the drink is literally summer in a bottle.

It's priced at £11.99 for 50cl and we reckon it'll be a crowd pleaser at summer parties.

And the supermarket has even introduced two watermelon options - one gin infused with raspberry and one vodka infused with strawberry.

Both fruity blends are sweet and refreshing and perfectly served over ice, topped with soda water and garnished with frozen watermelon slices. Yum.

The new liqueurs will be dropping in less than two weeks - and we're very happy to taste test them all before choosing a favourite...
