While a picture may be worth a thousand words, it can also be the cause of a lot of laughs – and TikTok user Alexis Neiers can definitely relate after her Hinge date drew her a bizarre sketch.

Watch the video below:

Neiers took to the platform to share her excitement over her upcoming ice cream date with a guy she met on Hinge – but it quickly took a bizarre turn when he got bored at work and asked her for something to draw.

She began: "I have been just chatting with this gentleman on Hinge, he seems really nice. We have plans to get gelato..."

“And then he’s like, ‘I’m bored at work, give me something to draw’. So I tell him to draw a possum playing poker – and he did and it was really cute.”

And here is where things get a little weird.

Neiers told her match to draw them on their gelato date wearing cowboy hats, and that, my friends, is the moment everything changed.

She continued: "Let me just say everything was going perfect, perfect up until now. I was giddy, I was giggly and texting s**t."

After bellowing out: “Oh my God,” a poker-faced Alexis then revealed the drawing her date had sent her on a pink Post-it note.

The sketch featured two stick figures, both wearing cowboy hats and holding ice cream cones, but one figure had crudely drawn on boobs, which Neier's date pointed out was supposed to be her.

Pointing to the stick figure, Neiers fumed: "Are you f**king deranged? Are you f**king unhinged? What the f**k is wrong with you?"

“He said, ‘that’s you on the right’. Oh, I couldn’t tell. Honestly it looks just like me,” she added sarcastically.

The social media star showed the sketch her Hinge date drew her.

The video, which has been viewed almost 680,000 times, had users divided in the comments section over the sketch, with some saying they didn’t 'see a problem' with it while others urged her to move on.

One penned: "Thank you, next."

"Can’t tell if this is a red flag or a green flag," another wrote.

A third added: "I don’t see a problem."

Despite the debate among viewers, Neiers commented on her own video and admitted she liked her date more.

She wrote in the comments: "I’m gonna be honest I like him even more now, I don't know why I’m like this..."
