Critics of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have called for one thing following them posting a clip of them dancing in the labour ward ahead of Lilbet's birth four years ago.

In a world where women get on all fours, pace the room, eat spicy things, run (waddle) up the stairs and do a host of things to get their little bundle of joy moving down to the birthing canal… are we really that bothered about a dance?

Apparently so, because social media users were in uproar after Meghan posted a clip of her and Prince Harry dancing around the delivery room just before Princess Lilibet was born.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are notoriously very private about their children - Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four - and we’re rarely granted permission to look at photographs of them.

However, Meghan has been opening up more and more about motherhood, especially when it comes to celebrating their birthdays.

In May, she posted a picture of her son on Instagram for his sixth birthday, and earlier this week, she shared a picture of her daughter in aid of her fourth birthday, with the caption reading: "Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives - and each day is brighter and better because of it.

"Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!"

Then, she surprised the world when she dropped the most controversial (why??) video of herself attempting to have a little fun in the delivery room when Lilbet was due to be born.

In a clip posted to Meghan's Instagram, she could be seen dancing while heavily pregnant.

In the caption, she said: "Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates…so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work - there was only one thing left to do!"

Prince Harry also joined in on the action, and it seemed as though the pair were just having a good time preparing for another child to be welcomed into the world.

However, some viewers on social media were not too pleased - some came up with a ridiculous conspiracy theory, while others were downright enraged.

Critics are now calling for the pair to now be fully stripped of their royal titles, with one person even shared how the late Queen Elizabeth would allegedly be ‘appalled’ if she had witnessed the twerking.

Foreign policy expert Nile Gardiner, often talks about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, wrote on X: "This is insane. The Queen would have been appalled. Meghan and Harry’s royal titles should be removed as soon as possible."

Royal biographer Angela Levin hit back too, commenting: "I'm appalled too. Just awful."

So, should this actually happen?

If you ask fans: absolutely not.

Online, the couple have been fiercely defended after being slammed into oblivion for their fun video.

To many, it was simply a light-hearted skit of a married couple who are excited to have another baby.

One person wrote: “Not sure why this would bother people? All in fun, including Meghan Markle! Have a little joy in your life!”

And another said: “I’m no Meghan Markle fan, but everyone needs to get a life. She had a small, harmless, fun moment with her husband. Deep outrage? You need a new perspective on life.”

Anyway, here’s some information on this conspiracy that people had when Meghan was pregnant.

According to some online, the 43-year-old was accused had a fake 'moon bump' - a high quality, realistic fake pregnant belly often used on the sets of films and TV shows.

The reason people thought this is because of her ‘lumpy’ belly in her social media video, with someone stating: "Her bump also didn’t move up and down.”

As someone who had to squeeze out two children, can I just weigh in here on the conspiracy?

Thanks… It’s because there is a monitor belt around her stomach.
