Donald Trump Jr made ‘sarcastic’ remark about his ‘disgraceful’ posts about Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis

Since the announcement earlier this week, members of the Trump administration have been commenting on Biden's diagnosis

Donald Trump Jr. has made a 'sarcastic' remark about his comments over Joe Biden's recent cancer diagnosis.

A statement released by Biden's office earlier this week said that the 82-year-old Democrat, who left the White House in January, had an 'aggressive form of cancer'.

It reads: "Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms.

"On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterised by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone."

The statement continues: "While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management.

"The president and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians."

Since the news was announced earlier this week, members of the Trump administration have commented on Biden's diagnosis.

"Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis," President Trump penned on Truth Social. "We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery."

Meanwhile, Vice President JD Vance was also approached by press from C-SPAN on the matter.

"Yeah, look, I mean, first of all, of course, we wish the best for the former president's health," the right-wing politician began.

"It sounds pretty serious, but hopefully he makes the right recovery."

Vance continued: "I will say, whether the right time to have this conversation is now or at some point in the future, we really do need to be honest about whether the former president was capable of doing the job.

"You can separate the desire for him to have the right health outcome, with the recognition that - whether it was doctors, or whether there were staffers around the former president - I don't think he was able to do a good job for the American people."

Meanwhile, Trump's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., made a 'cruel' comment on X, writing: "What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???”

When people questioned whether Trump Jr. knew the difference between a PhD and an MD, he later added: "I sometimes forget that part of the mental disorder of leftism is an inability to understand sarcasm.

"So for the confused libs out there, I'm well aware that Jill Biden is a fake doctor, not a real one...Unlike the Dems who were calling for her to be Surgeon General in 2020."

People were pretty shocked by Trump Jr's comments, with one person writing: "YIKES. So you thought that was a funny joke, under the circumstances?"

While another said: "Still, a low class pun. Not surprised. Just patiently waiting for the Trump chapter to be finished."

And a third added: "Please try to be a decent human being about this. It’s really not that difficult."
