The one warning sign at night which could mean your partner has fallen for someone else

If you think your partner is cheating, here's what to look out for

If you're worried about your partner being unfaithful, there's ways of finding out for sure if they're cheating.

Some people might opt to read their significant other's texts, whilst others would snoop in other ways.

But it turns out you can find out the truth just by sharing a bedroom with them.

How so?

According to a survey conducted by cheating website IllicitEncounters.com, unfaithful partners have revealed their 'tells'.

These are the signs that they're cheating, which you'll need to pay attention to catch.

Okay, so what do you need to keep an eye out for?

Change in sleeping habits

One sign that your partner may be unfaithful is if they're getting up a strange times of the night.

Why? Because it could be a sign of cheater's guilt.

According to the survey, 52 percent of cheaters admitted to having issues with sleep after embarking on an affair.

Shockingly, 15 percent admitted to getting out of bed so they could text their affair partner.

So, with this in mind, a sudden change in sleeping habits could be a red flag.

But it's worth noting that 28 percent of survey respondents claimed they actually slept better after having an affair.

Because they no longer felt 'deprived of intimacy'.

Go figure.

What are other tells in the bedroom that something might be off?

Being extra affectionate

Disturbingly, if your partner is being extra affectionate with cuddles and kisses, this could be a sign.

The survey found that 57 percent of surveyed cheaters showed extra affection to their partners, whilst carrying out an affair behind their backs.

The site's spokesperson, Christian Grant, explained the survey results.

He said: "We all have a daily routine we tend to stick to, so when there's erratic and inexplicable changes to that routine, especially as something as important as sleep, there tends to be cause behind the effect.

"Ultimately, the bottom line here is to look out for behaviour that you know is out of character. Don't dismiss it as a one-off or a weird phase - there's no smoke without fire."

When are you most likely to find out your partner is cheating?

According to another cheating site, Ashley Madison, there are even holidays which could open your eyes to infidelity.

And I'm not talking about that creepy Christmas song I Saw Mommy Kiss Santa Claus.

No, Halloween is apparently the time when the truth could be revealed.

Men who are likely to stray in a relationship will choose to dress as a pirate for Halloween, whilst women who could cheat will wear a police uniform.

Have you noticed any of these signs? If so, it might be time to have a conversation...
