A couple has revealed their rather unconventional arrangement.

Alexandra Le Tissier and her husband Mitch have been together for more than a decade.

When they felt their relationship had become a bit 'boring' they decided to open things up.

Alex kicked things off by downloading Bumble and Mitch was so into it that he helped her choose her suitors.

"He's pretty open-minded. He's not judging in any way, so he's absolutely fine with it," she said.

"The only rule we have is that it can only be for fun. It can't be anything serious. It's really not interested in doing it himself, which is really funny to me."

Bumble was a specific choice as the dating app allows women to make the first move.

This ensures Alex isn't bombarded with offers and she and Mitch can work out who is the best fit for her.

She said: "I did actually let him swipe for me. It was funny. He knows my type - I like geeky guys."

The 31-year-old said she has a strict criteria for any potential dates.

She explained: "I've not even been through all of my matches yet. I can be really strict. I have been culling people depending on like their hairline and old they are. So it's been quite a fun experience."

Alex recalled how she's made a few mistakes so far because she's new to the whole dating app experience.

"I did accidentally swipe away like a barrister and I was absolutely gutted. I was like, 'No!'" she said.

"I think a few people have tweaked onto who I am from OnlyFans, and some people have paid to super swipe me to get my attention."

She is also an OnlyFans star and when she first landed on Bumble, some people thought she was cheating on her husband.

They messaged Mitch to see if he was aware she was looking around and Alex thought it was really bizarre.

"It's just really funny that people think that I would just do it without letting him know - and then post it on my Twitter. People are weird," she said.

"I just think that was a bit shady."

Alex says that using dating apps has brought her and Mitch closer together.

She said: "It's going to be a lot more fun now I don't need to live my entire life with the same person over and over."
