A Domino's delivery worker has been praised after sharing how much she makes from tips on a standard night.

Tipping culture is a much talked about area on social media platforms at the moment, as people try to draw the line on the type of workers that should be tipped and those that shouldn't.

And a few weeks ago, Domino's delivery driver Allison (@allison_green0) shared on TikTok how much she makes from tips on a typical night. Watch below:

The TikToker has gone viral on the social media platform, with over 850,000 views and over 62,000 likes.

On this particular evening that Allison documented, she delivered pizza to 11 different households, receiving a variety of different tips.

From her first delivery of the night, Allison was tipped $3.83 by the customer after he gave her $50 and told her to keep the change.

But if you thought that was low, the Domino's delivery driver was not tipped at all by the new customer, despite spending $36 on pizza.

A couple more customers during the night were not too kind when it came to tips, as the zero tips continued.

Some customers didn't even tip Allison.

However, the largest tip Allison received on the evening was just over $10 from one generous customer.

Allison revealed in the TikTok that from 11 deliveries she received $13 in cash tips and $42.29 in credit card tips - making a grand total of $55.29, at an average of $5.03 a tip per delivery.

Allison also added in the video that it does not count her reimbursement for petrol.

She concluded the TikTok by saying: "It’s not terrible for a Monday, but it could be better - but it’s not terrible!"

The post has had close to 9,000 user comments, with many praising her for a positive attitude despite earning so little in tips.

One person said: "Your positive attitude is unmatched," as a second added: "You have an outstanding attitude, not boring at all 10/10 delivery driver positivity!"

And a third said: "You have such a positive attitude! I hope your manager appreciates you."

Meanwhile, some people commented their shock at how much Alison made and the number of customers that didn't bother leaving one.

"I can't believe people don't tip," one person said.

A second added: "If I can’t tip the bill or so very close to it, then I’m not going out to eat or ordering in. TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS AND SERVERS!!!!!!"

And another one said: "2/11 gave no tips? I feel like those customers should be tracked. After 5 no tip orders they get banned lol."
