There's a whole lotta cracking new releases that have debuted on Netflix this month.

From The Perfect Couple and Selling Sunset all the way through to Rebel Ridge as well as the second part of Emily in Paris - it's clear the streaming giant isn't slowing down with its top-notch viewing material.

However, as we all know, Netflix also has a bunch of banging throwback TV shows including one incredibly 'creepy' and 'stressful' series which was neatly finished off with the 'perfect ending'.

Punctuated with a whole bunch of extremely ominous letters, the series follows an unsuspecting family, Dean and his wife Nora Brannock and their daughter Ellie, who move into their suburban dream home, only to discover they've inherited a nightmare.

Upon finding out they have some extremely strange neighbours, the Brannocks realise they may have made a major mistake up-hauling their life to this eerie part of town.

Created by Ian Brennan and American Horror Story's Ryan Murphy, the programme - which first came out back in 2022 - boasts a star-studded cast including the likes of Mia Farrow, Jennifer Coolidge and Bobby Cannavale.

The series is none other than The Watcher and fans have been begging for a second season following the release of the first.

You can check out the official trailer for The Watcher here:

Viewers have rushed to social media to share their verdicts, with one X user writing: "The film Watcher is a slow old yarn on Netflix. Creepy at times, it just had enough to make me keeping watching."

A second gushed: "Just finished Watcher on Netflix and what a chillingly stressful watch (no pun intended).

"Mainly because in this climate it’s the stark and accurate reality of many a woman to not be believed. A perfect ending though and Maika Monroe was enthralling!"

"The Watcher on @netflix is awesome!" quipped a third, while a fourth demanded: "@netflix when are you going to sort out The Watcher Season 2?! It had best be good after confirming a second season, two years ago!!!"

And a final X user urged: "Oh, The Watcher on Netflix!

"That's a good choice. It's a suspenseful series that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Perfect for a cozy night in."

While The Watcher was renewed for a second season in late 2022, talks of another season have been quiet since then.

The Watcher is currently available to stream on Netflix.
