Being a massive celebrity comes with plenty of perks, but imagine how weird it must be having people arguing over whether you have a belly button or not.
That's the reality of life for Taylor Swift, after a weird theory has resurfaced thanks to her new album artwork, due out October 3.
The singer recently revealed her upcoming studio album, The Life Of A Showgirl, on her boyfriend Travis Kelce's podcast, New Heights.
To go with the Showgirl title, Taylor looks stunning in the album artwork photos, with many glamorous bedazzled outfits.

While some trolls have called the photos 'disgusting', and a 'bad influence', her fans have adored the new look.
Unsurprisingly, to go with the theme she's showing a lot of skin in burlesque-inspired outfits and this has got people talking about her belly button. As you do.
Fans have dug up an old conspiracy theory which claimed that Taylor doesn't have a navel, as she didn't show it for years (and you can see why she didn't when people are so weird about it).
She eventually proved that she did have one in 2015.

One fan wrote about the new photoshoot: "OG swifties look at this in shock that Taylor is revealing her belly button, reminiscing on the days we joked that she didn't have one."
Another replied: "Honestly such a funny memory from back in the day!"
"Such a long running joke and then when she finally got in on it and posted that photo proving she had one! Iconic," recalled one fan.

"Belly button confirmed," joked another.
"I'll never forget the belly button reveal," confessed one fan as another revealed: "Every time I see Taylor Swift's belly button I feel like a Victorian man seeing ankles for the first time."
Taylor finally shut down the criticism back in 2015 by posting a photo in a striped bikini as she posed on a boat with her friends from the band, Haim.
She told Lucky Magazine why she refused to show it previously: "I don't like showing my belly button. When you start showing your belly button then you're really committing to the midriff thing."

Taylor continued: "I only partially commit to the midriff thing — you're only seeing lower rib cage."
She teased: "As far as anyone knows based on my public appearances, they haven't seen evidence of a belly button. It could be pierced. They have no idea."

"If I'm going to get some sort of massive tattoo, it's going to be right next to my belly button because no one's ever going to see that."

Needless to say, she's backtracked on that and there seems to be no sign of a tattoo in the new album artwork.
She shared her happiness over the sexy photoshoot, revealing on the podcast: "I loved what they did with those photos... I am so happy with the way the photos came out with this one."
Taylor also revealed that the cover art is meant to show what her life is like on the road, and revealed the bath shot is meant to reflect how she ends the day on tour: "My day ends with me in a bathtub — not usually in a bedazzled dress — but we try to keep it decent," she joked.
"I wanted to glamorize all the different aspects of how [the Eras Tour] felt and [the The Life Of A Showgirl cover] is how that felt at the end of the night."
