It was a big night last night for Timothée Chalamet, who won Best Actor at the Critics' Choice Awards (4 January).
The 30-year-old Hollywood A-lister was awarded the major gong for his role as aspiring ping-pong champion Marty Mauser in Josh Safdie's Marty Supreme, which hit UK cinemas on Boxing Day.
The sports-drama boasts a star-studded cast featuring the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Tyler, The Creator and Odessa A'zion.
During his speech, Chalamet gave a shout-out to his fellow nominees. The Call Me by Your Name star was nominated alongside Leonardo DiCaprio for One Battle After Another, Joel Edgerton for Train Dreams, Ethan Hawke for Blue Moon, Michael B. Jordan for Sinners and Wagner Moura for The Secret Agent.

Joining him during the awards evening was his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner, 28, whom he also shouted out during his acceptance speech.

"Thank you to my partner for three years. I love you. I couldn’t do this without you," he said. "Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
Understandably, fans went wild after the sweet tribute, but another viral moment was all to do with Chalamet’s bodyguard’s reaction to Marcello Hernández congratulating the actor.
One clip from the evening saw Saturday Night Live star Hernández, 28, come up to Chalamet to say hi and presumably congratulate him on his win.
The pair shook hands as Hernández patted Chalamet on the back before the bodyguard checked in on the whole situation, prompting Hernández to also greet him and likewise give him a pat on the shoulder.

After catching light of the exchange, fans rushed online to share their reactions, with one Instagram user writing: "The bodyguard is bodyguarding. That’s a billion dollars sitting there."
A second echoed: "Bodyguard is doing his job!"
"Humble Marcelo," praised another. "Saying hi to the bodyguard as well."
And a final fan chimed in: "Kylie don’t play about her bodyguard."
In Marty Supreme, Chalamet plays a 1950s table tennis champion totally obsessed with ambition.
The plot is loosely based on a true story about 1950s table tennis star Marty Reisman.
Elsewhere in his acceptance speech, Chalamet thanked director Safdie for the opportunity to play such a role.
"Josh, you made a story about a flawed man with a relatable dream," he said. "And you didn't preach to the audience about what's right and wrong, and I think we should all be telling stories like that, so thank you for this dream."
