Bits and pieces of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's divorce documents have been emerging, following the Hollywood couple's shock split - and one detail has left lawyers shocked.
For those not in the loop, the actress, 58, filed for divorce from the New Zealand country singer, 57, after 19 years of marriage on Tuesday (30 September).
The filing states that the marriage 'suffered irreconcilable differences', as well as outlining the former couple's plans moving forward.
We all know that divorce can be messy, and dealing with an emotional time partnered with sorting all of the legal business can cause high tensions.

However, it looks like this isn't the case at all for Kidman and Urban, who have seemingly tied up all of the loose ends, and planned exactly how their future will look.
The documents include everything from a marriage dissolution plan to a childcare plan, which have been submitted for a judge’s approval.
The plan asks that Kidman be the primary residential parent to the couple’s two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17 and Faith Margaret, 14, having them for 306 days per year, with Urban taking them for the other 59.

It also lays out a roughly equal division of joint assets, with each keeping all the assets that are in their own name, including the copyrights and royalties for their artistic work.
Basically, everything and anything you can think of is in there - and lawyers are astonished for one particular reason.
As per Hello! Magazine, the documents also reveal that: "All properties, trusts, and business assets remain separate."
This indicates that Kidman and Urban have owned separate homes from the beginning of their marriage, rather than being joint tenants.

Gideon Alper, estate and family attorney at Alper Law, told the publication that their plans are 'extraordinary' and what they've done should be a 'blueprint for moving on'.
The attorney said: "It's one of the cleanest financial settlements we've seen from a celebrity couple. No ongoing payments, no joint assets, and no courtroom battle, just a blueprint for moving on."
And he's not the only one to say it.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Divorce lawyer Aaron Thomas claims that Kidman must have 'learnt' from her previous divorce following her marriage to Tom Cruise.
He explained: "This divorce has clearly been in the works for months. This is what a $300 million divorce looks like when you do it right."
The lawyer added: "There's no alimony, there's no drawn-out disputes. Nicole was previously married and divorced to Tom Cruise and to me it looks like she took the lessons learned from that divorce and ensured that there'd be no messiness this time around."
Kidman and Urban, who were both raised in Australia, met in 2005 at a Los Angeles event honouring Australians and were married in Sydney the following year.

The filing states that each of them earns more than 100,000 dollars (£74,370) per month and neither will need childcare or spousal support.
Urban signed the parenting plan on August 29, and Kidman on September 6, and as per PA, the detailed agreement suggests that the divorce had been in the works for well over a month at the least.
It will take at least 90 days for the divorce to become final under Tennessee law.
