A divorce lawyer has shared out what they think Nicole Kidman 'learnt' following her her divorce from first husband Tom Cruise, amid her current split from Keith Urban.
For those not up to date, on Tuesday (30 September) it was revealed that the Aussie actress, 58, has filed for divorce from the country singer, 57, after 19 years of marriage.
Kidman petitioned to end the union in a Nashville court, and the filing states that their marriage 'suffered irreconcilable differences'.
The former couple share two teenage daughters - Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14 - and their court documents include a marriage dissolution and childcare plan agreed on by the pair.

The plan asks that Kidman be the primary residential parent to the couple’s two daughters, having them for 306 days per year, with Urban taking them for the other 59.

It also states that each parent earns more than $100,000 (£74,370) per month and so neither will need childcare or spousal support.
Meanwhile, the marriage dissolution plan lays out a roughly equal division of joint assets, with each keeping all the assets that are in their own name, including the copyrights and royalties for their artistic work.

As per PA, the detail in the agreements suggests that the divorce had been in the works for well over a month, as Urban signed the parenting plan on August 29, and Kidman on September 6.
It will take at least 90 days for the divorce between Kidman and Urban to become final under Tennessee law.

Following the release of this information, a divorce lawyer has explained what the actress may have 'learnt' when her first marriage to Mission Impossible star Tom Cruise came to an end.

Cruise and Kidman were married from 1990 until 2001. They met on the set of Days of Thunder in 1989 and tied the knot the following year.
They went on to adopt two children together, Bella and Connor.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Aaron Thomas said: "This divorce has clearly been in the works for months. This is what a $300 million divorce looks like when you do it right."

He added: "There's no alimony, there's no drawn-out disputes. Nicole was previously married and divorced to Tom Cruise and to me it looks like she took the lessons learned from that divorce and ensured that there'd be no messiness this time around."
Speaking of her marriage to Cruise, years after their divorce, Kidman admitted that their split came as a major shock.
She said: "I thought our life together was perfect. It took me a very long time to heal. It was a shock to my system. We were in a bubble, just the two of us. We became very dependent on one another. I was reeling with Tom.
"I would have gone to the ends of the earth for him.... I was totally smitten - I fell madly, passionately in love."
