If anyone is going to criticise an outfit, it's Vogue icon Anna Wintour.
She joined forces with actress Meryl Streep, who played a character based on the editor for The Devil Wears Prada, who was infamously scathing about clothing she didn't like.
It should come as no surprise then that the duo didn't mince their words when it came to rating an outfit worn by the First Lady, Melania Trump.
Trump is known for some, erm, outlandish fashion choices - remember the giant hat that hid her face during the Royal state visit?

There's one particular outfit that she wore which ruffled feathers though.
Trump caused a whole lot of controversy when she wore a green hooded coat emblazoned with the words 'I Really Don’t Care, Do U?' back in June 2018.

The issue was, she opted to wear it while visiting the Upbring New Hope Children's Shelter in McAllen, Texas, a style decision which many people frowned upon and saw it as poor taste.
According to People Magazine, during an interview for Vogue, Streep let rip saying she has 'so many thoughts about this.'
She said "I think the most powerful message that our current first lady sent was in the coat that said 'I Really Don’t Care, Do U?' when she was going to see migrant children who were incarcerated."
"All dress is about expressing yourself, but we’re also subject to larger historical and political sweeps of expectation," she added.
She went on to talk about the double standards for women: "I’m stunned at how women in power have to have bare arms on television while men are covered in shirts and ties or a suit," Streep fumed. "There’s an apology built into women. They have to show their smallness."

Wintour talked about personal style and a different first lady: "Think about the women that one admires: Mrs. Obama comes to mind, whether she’s wearing J.Crew or Duro Olowu or Matthieu Blazy’s Chanel, she always looks like herself. I’m full of admiration for New York City’s new first lady because she looks so cool and wears a lot of vintage—young and modern and also entirely herself."
She then added about Trump - but we're not entirely sure it's intended as a compliment: "To be fair, Melania Trump also always looks like herself when she dresses."
Talking about the controversial jacket, back in 2018 Trump told ABC News that it's 'obvious I didn't wear the jacket for the children, I wore the jacket to go on the plane and off the plane.'
She had worn the jacket while arriving and leaving the centre, but took it off to see the children.
"It was for the people and for the left-wing media who are criticizing me. I want to show them I don't care. You could criticize whatever you want to say. But it will not stop me to do what I feel is right," she insisted.
