Throughout her long-standing career as a television broadcaster, Megyn Kelly has encountered all manner of celebrities.
By the journalist's own admission, however, not every A-list interaction has been a particularly pleasant one.
In fact, catching up with the Daily Mail earlier this week, 55-year-old Kelly well and truly spilt the tea when asked which stars had left a sour taste in her mouth, claiming one 'comes to mind' immediately.
As a reminder, whilst working through the ranks at Fox News - which she first joined in 2004 - Kelly went on to host a series of programs, including America Live and The Kelly File.

In 2017, she switched to NBC, fronting Megyn Kelly Today, proving she could hold her own when it came to highly tense debates, hard-hitting interviews, high-profile revelations and bombshell moments.

Now, not only does she run a podcast of her own - which boasts over 4 million subscribers on YouTube - but the leads Sirius XM's talk-show The Meghan Kelly Show, meeting with the biggest names in showbiz on a daily basis.
Asked about her experience this week, the Illinois-born broadcaster name-dropped the 'meanest' and most 'unpleasant' celeb.
Revealing it to be actress Jane Fonda, Kelly added that the 88-year-old had become 'offended' during a 2017 sit-down, by questions over plastic surgery speculation - specifically, face lifts.
Apparently, Fonda had wanted to be asked about her and Robert Redford's sex scenes from their movie Our Souls at Night - which came out that year - and was offended when Kelly switched up the subject matter.

"What happened in that segment, Robert Redford was on, his PR person came up to me, and said, "For the love of God, don't talk about their sex scenes,"' the broadcaster recalled. "'He doesn't want to talk about them. Steer her to any other topic. It makes him uncomfortable.'"
Having 'listened' to the request, Kelly pushed Fonda about rumours she'd had a facelift instead, much to the star's dismay.
"She was offended that I wasn't steering her there. She really wanted to talk about their sex scenes," Kelly continued.
During the same interview, the reporter also took aim at Hollywood veteran Bruce Willis, whom she chatted with in 2006.
"He came on and was just so clearly unhappy to be there," Kelly recalled of the openly apolitical actor. "I mean, that's fine, he has his politics, but why agree to come on?"

"Usually people have some give. He didn't. At all," she added, slamming 70-year-old Willis' demeanour as 'so ungiving, so ungenerous'.
"And I hate to say it because of how he's struggling now [his dementia battle]. But he was just unpleasant."
