Margot Robbie debuts name change in official documents
Margot Robbie has just debuted her new name change in official business documents.
According to the new docs, published by the UK's Companies House for LuckyChap Entertainment, a production company she runs with her husband Tom Ackerley, the 36-year-old Australian actress is listed as 'Margot Robbie Elise Ackerley'.
LuckyChap is behind several box-office smash hits including Barbie, Saltburn, and I, Tonya.
The name change was confirmed earlier this week on Wednesday (23 September) ahead of Robbie's 10th anniversary.

The Hollywood A-lister and the English film producer, also 36, tied the knot back in 2016 before welcoming their son eight years later in 2024.
Previous documents showed the Wuthering Heights actress' name listed as 'Margot Elise Robbie'.
Robbie, 36, first met Ackerley on the set of the 2014 romantic war drama Suite Française, a film that he served as third assistant director for.
And while she's kept largely private when it comes to speaking about her love life to the press, the Barbie star has made a few gushing comments about her hubby over the years.
Back in 2024, she told E! News: "I am so lucky. He likes being behind the camera. He's not fazed by any of this stuff.
"He's just the best; it's so fun. I love the word 'normie,' yes, like all my friends, everyone's like, 'That's cool what you do, but it's more fun just to hang out and talk about other stuff.' And you're like, 'I know.'"
And back in 2016, the year she and Ackerley got married, she told Vogue Magazine: "The idea of relationships made me want to vomit. And then this crept up on me. We were friends for so long. I was always in love with him, but I thought, 'Oh, he would never love me back. Don't make it weird, Margot. Don't be stupid and tell him that you like him.'"
Robbie added: "And then it happened, and I was like, of course we’re together. This makes so much sense, the way nothing has ever made sense before."
While her name may include 'Ackerley' on business documents, it seems like the Babylon actress will still use just 'Robbie' in her professional life, as she was listed as just 'Margot Robbie' in the credits for Sterling Point, which hit our screens early last month (5 August).
Robbie co-produced the coming-of-age drama series, which is currently available to watch on Prime Video, through LuckyChap Entertainment.
