Kris Jenner has seen all the speculation about her facelift and she’s now setting the record straight.
The matriarch of the most famous family in reality TV has been surprisingly open about her procedures. Fans of Keeping Up with the Kardashians recall the episode in which Jenner, now 70, got a neck lift in 2011.
More recently, Jenner has opened up about her facelift surgery. Initial buzz around her more strikingly youthful appearance arose in 2025 after she was spotted out in Paris with daughter Kim Kardashian. She was later seen with a youthful glow at Lauren Sánchez Bezos’ bachelorette party.
Following speculation that Jenner had done under the knife, The Kardashians star confirmed she had another facelift in a Vogue Arabia cover story. “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for refresh,” she shared. “I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.”

Jenner, who celebrated her 70th birthday last November, also offered her thoughts on ageing. “Just because you get older, it doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully - meaning you don’t want to do anything - then don’t do anything. But for me, this is ageing gracefully. It’s my version.”
But in recent weeks, the internet has been melting down over speculation that she was totally dissatisfied with, or allegedly ‘raging’, about her facelift. Reports claimed her expensive procedure had started ‘slipping’ just a few months after she debuted her new look.
The mum-of-six has broken her silence, speaking on her daughter Khloé Kardashian’s podcast, Khloé in Wonderland.
"Lately, it's this headline about my facelift, which is really truly driving me crazy," the Momager said. "The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I'm really mad at I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth. It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him."

Jenner’s facelift was performed by Dr. Steven Levine.
Praising her doctor’s work, Jenner gushed: "The goal was to do a beautiful lift and give me a refresh and do a beautiful jawline, which I achieved."
The businesswoman said she wouldn’t normally address such rumours, but felt compelled to because they were ‘really hurting someone else’.
She continued: "At 70 years old, I don't really care what someone thinks of me. I don't need anyone's approval.”
Jenner argued she ‘never asked’ for the positive attention her viral facelift received, either. "I love my face. And I'm really okay with the way I look."
