Fans online have got a lot to say about seeing Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau together at their first high-profile outing after they 'hard-launched' their relationship.
On 3 December, Trudeau, 53, initially let people know that he and the songstress were an official item after he visited the former Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his wife, Yuko.
During the trip, he was seen with the 41-year-old 'Fireworks' singer, who was named as his 'partner' by Kishida in a post online.
Since then, the pair have confirmed their love with selfies, with Perry posting a few over the holidays to show what she was getting up to.

Trudeau was a feature in the second photo of her Instagram photo dump, where she captioned it: "Tokyo times on tour and more."
Of course, people were shocked and ecstatic, with one writing: "TRUDADDY LAUNCH!"
"The way he’s looking at her," a second commented.
As their relationship progresses, so does their dating locations... but people are shocked at the latest place they decided to visit together.
The World Economic Forum, no less.
Trudeau spoke at the event on Tuesday (20 January), where he explained Ukraine’s stand against Russia’s invasion ‘soft power in action,’ and said Canada has solidarity with Ukraine.
“Never underestimate the resolve, the motivation and strength of people standing up to defend their sovereignty, their identity, their very existence,” he said.
According to CTV News, Perry sat in the front row to support her beau, and smiled in encouragement.
People online were left baffled by the choice of outing for the pair as it marks their first high-profile outing together.
One person wrote online: “This is so random.”
Another said: “I was not ready for this.”
They were first seen together for the first time back in July on what seemed to be a romantic dinner date in Montreal.
Since then, the pair have been spotted on several occasions, with a source having claimed of her relationship with Trudeau: "They haven’t been able to spend a lot of time together as she’s on tour, but they’re constantly in contact — always FaceTiming and messaging each other.
"He can’t believe someone as glamorous as Katy is interested in him, whereas she’s flattered that such a respected politician wants to date her."
Their relationship comes after Perry and Orlando Bloom’s public split just last year, after nine years together.
The former engaged pair co-parent their five-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove.
As for Trudeau, he and his ex-wife Sophie Grégoire share three children and separated in 2023 after eighteen years together.
