Jesy Nelson has opened up about her split from her fiancé, Zion Foster, just months after they got engaged following the birth of their twins.
The Little Mix star, 34, welcomed daughters Ocean Jade and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster in May of last year.
She then announced her engagement to Zion in September, but has now sadly revealed that the couple have called it a day.
The split comes just weeks after Jesy told her followers that the little girls have a rare disease, and it is likely they will never be able to walk.

Jesy experienced a difficult pregnancy, with the babies developing a condition known as twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) while in the womb.
TTTS occurs when the babies share one placenta, via one network of blood vessels, instead of having an individual one each.

This network supplies the baby with oxygen and vital nutrients, but the connections are not evenly split, which can lead to an unbalanced divide between the babies.
Ocean Jade and Story Monroe were born prematurely in May 2025 at just 31 weeks, and Jesy said she thought the TTTS had 'cleared up' following their birth, but tragically revealed in January that they have another rare condition.
The little girls have SMA Type 1, spinal muscular atrophy, which, according to the NHS, is a rare genetic condition that can cause muscle weakness. Type 1 means it is present in babies less than six months old.
Following the tragic announcement, Jesy has since revealed that her engagement to Zion - who she previously called her 'best friend' following the birth - is over.
She told the Daily Mail that the 'traumatic experience' has contributed to the split and claimed that the 'energy' between the couple had shifted.
Jesy stressed 'our girls are our main priority and our main focus'.
She said she wants them to be surrounded by positivity and happiness, but 'the energy wasn't right between us, which is understandable'.
"We are still friends and we are still united in co-parenting our daughters, they are our main focus, that's all we can do, be the best possible parents we can right now," Jesy added.

Sharing the news of the SMA Type 1 diagnosis on Instagram last month, a tearful Jesy explained the condition 'affects every muscle in the body down to legs, arms, breathing and swallowing'.
She added that 'essentially what it does over time is it kills the muscles in the body'.
In a heartbreaking revelation, the singer said: "We were told that they’re probably never going to be able to walk, they probably will never regain their neck strength, so they will be disabled, and so the best thing we can do right now is to get them treatment, and then just hope for the best.
"Thankfully, the girls have had their treatment, which you know, I’m so grateful for because if they don’t have it, they will die.
"But it has just been endless, endless amounts of hospital appointments, I practically feel like the hospital has become my second home."
Jesy's relationship and the birth of the twins is set to be the focus of a new Prime Video series, Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix.
