Jesy Nelson has given fans an update following the announcement that her unborn twins have a heartbreaking health condition.
The 33-year-old British singer announced her pregnancy with partner Zion Foster, 26, back in January but revealed last month in March that her twin babies had been diagnosed with pre-stage TTTS.
The condition refers to twin-to-twin transfusion and, whilst rare, it can pose a fatal risk to both babies if not caught in its earliest stages.
After first sharing the news, Jesy later disclosed that hospital staff had recommended she undergo emergency surgery after suffering a handful of alarming symptoms of the condition - 'like my belly tightening, struggle breathing'.

TTTS in pregnancy sees twins sharing one placenta - as well as a network of blood vessels that supply both oxygen and nutrients - instead of each feeding off their own.
This can result in the vessel connections within the placenta not being evenly dispersed, potentially triggering an imbalance of blood exchange between both of the babies.
In the worst of cases, one baby could be underfed as a result - prompting malnourishment or worse, organ failure - and the other baby overfed, which could leave them susceptible to an overwork of the heart.
Then, last week (30 March), Jesy provided another update, revealing she'd now undergone the procedure and that it had been deemed a huge success.
"Hi guys, so we just wanted to give you an update because we know it's been a while," the former X Factor contestant revealed on social media.
"First of all, we want to say a Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing and strong mums out there. And secondly, we are still in hospital, so I've been recovering," she continued, before lifting the lid on the 'amazing news'.
"The TTTS has cleared up," Jesy beamed. "The operation was a success which is just absolutely incredible. We are so, so, lucky to have the most amazing doctors."
She added: "Basically, the situation that we're in now is my cervix is very, very, short, so I can't leave the hospital because my waters could break at any point and I'm still very, very, early."
And now, taking to Instagram over the weekend (6 April), the former Little Mix star began sharing with her 9.7 million followers her latest pregnancy update: "Hey guys, happy Sunday, we just wanted to come on here because we are another week further along, and we feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong."
"And we just wanted to also thank you so much for all your supportive, beautiful messages. You guys have been so lovely, we've seen all of your lovely messages and stories, and it's just really helped us keep going. So we just wanted to say thank you for that."
"Thank you so much!" Zion chimed in in the background.
Jesy continued: "We're still in here going strong. But yeah, we hope you'll enjoy the sunshine.
"Unfortunately, we can't. Well, we can. I mean, Zion takes me out in the wheelchair down the road with us as far as we can go. But yeah, so yeah, have the best Sunday ever!"
