Vanessa Hudgens is getting candid about motherhood as she revealed one postpartum symptom she's been struggling with.
The 37-year-old High School Musical actress welcomed her second child with her husband, Cole Tucker, 29, in November - a baby girl, whose name they've not publicly shared.
She wrote on Instagram at the time: "Well…. I did it. Had another baby!!! What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do."
The celebrity couple, who are famously private when it comes to their children, tied the knot in Mexico in December 2023 and welcomed their first baby in July 2024.

The duo even managed to keep the genders of their little ones private until Former MLB star Tucker let it slip during a podcast appearance that their eldest is a boy and their youngest is a girl.
During a January appearance on the 'Baseball Isn't Boring' podcast, he confirmed that they have 'one of each' and his son was 'born on July 1st last year'.

Now, four months postpartum, Vanessa has opened up on social media about a symptom she's noticed that I'm sure a lot of other new mothers can relate to.
She took to her Instagram Story on Monday (30 March) to share a picture of a clump of hair in her hand, and wrote alongside it: "And so it begins."
The actress later shared a selfie, showing off her voluminous locks, with the caption, "Having a great day even with my hair loss lol."
As outlined by Cleveland Clinic, postpartum hair loss is a common condition that occurs about three months after childbirth and can last up to six months.
It’s a normal part of pregnancy and is usually only temporary, so for most people, their hair will grow back to its original fullness.

What causes postpartum hair loss?
Postpartum hair loss is caused by the hormone changes that occur during and after pregnancy.
Also known as telogen effluvium, it is a common condition that occurs when hormone levels drop back to their regular levels after childbirth.
When pregnant, your hair often becomes thicker and grows faster due to your body having higher levels of estrogen.
Then, a few months after your baby is born, the surplus hair that you gained during pregnancy tends to fall out.
Because your estrogen levels drop significantly after childbirth, more hair shifts into the shedding phase.
But rest assured, as mentioned, this is only temporary. While it might be unnerving to see, it's simply your body returning your hormone levels to the way they were!
