David Beckham and his wife, Victoria Beckham, have finally become billionaires worth an eye-watering £1.1 billion, but it pales in comparison to Nicola Peltz’s family fortune.
David is now Britain’s first billionaire sportsman after he and Victoria doubled their wealth in the last year, according to the latest Sunday Times Rich List.
The celebrity couple, who share four children together, now have a combined fortune of £1.185 billion, which is a pretty sizeable increase from the £500 million estimated net worth they had on the 2025 list.
The major increase in wealth has been attributed to the footy legend's investments in the US, as the signing of Lionel Messi to Inter Miami until 2028 has lifted the value of his stake in the club, and a vast property development adjoining Inter’s home has provided another windfall.

Meanwhile, revenues at Victoria's fashion line have topped £100 million.

The news comes amid the ongoing family feud between the billionaire parents and their eldest son, Brooklyn.
In a series of bombshell claims made by Brooklyn back in January, David and Victoria were accused of 'trying endlessly to ruin my relationship since before my wedding, and it hasn’t stopped'.
Brooklyn also alleged his wife, Nicola Peltz Beckham, the daughter of billionaire Nelson Peltz, had been 'disrespected' by his family.
"Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed," Brooklyn wrote in the lengthy Instagram Stories post, adding that he 'doesn't want to reconcile with his family'.

At the time of writing, Forbes reports Nelson Peltz's wealth to be a staggering $1.6 billion - making the Peltz family a massive $500,000,000 richer than the Beckhams.
Nelson, an activist investor, is the founder of investment firm Trian Fund Management, which now has $8.5 billion in assets under management.
Forbes states that the firm has a 'highly concentrated portfolio' that includes stakes in Bank of New York Mellon, DuPont and food conglomerate Mondelez International.

Back in February, Nelson spoke about the ongoing drama between his son-in-law and the Beckhams during a Q&A at The Wall Street Journal's Invest Live in West Palm Beach event.
"Has my family been in the press lately?" Nelson quipped, before stating: "I haven't noticed that at all."
He continued: "My daughter and the Beckhams are a whole other story, and that's not for coverage here today. But I'll tell you my daughter is great, my son-in-law, Brooklyn, is great, and I look forward to them having a long, happy marriage together."
The father-of-ten was also asked if he ever gives the young couple any tips on how to navigate difficult situations, to which he replied: "I do, sometimes they give me advice."
"My advice is to stay the hell out of the press. How much good did that do?" Nelson added.
