Brooklyn Beckham has released a bombshell statement finally addressing the long-rumoured feud with his family, admitting he 'does not want to reconcile'. Here's everything he accused his parents David and Victoria of in his scathing post.
Last month, the star's younger brother Cruz publicly confirmed long-standing rumours of a major family feud, which was said to feature Brooklyn's wife, Nicola Peltz, at the centre.
Responding to claims it was their fashion designer mum, Victoria, 51, and ex-England star dad, David, 50, that had made the first move, Cruz insisted back in December: "NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son … Let's get the facts right. They woke up blocked … as did I."
Weeks later, reports alleged that Brooklyn had sought legal advice on the matter and had issued a cease and desist letter, warning his family only to reach out to them through his legal representatives.

And in a shocking new update, the 26-year-old has taken to Instagram, where he confirmed speculation of a fiery fallout between the family, dropping a number of bombshell accusations about his parents.

Conversations with press
Brooklyn's latest statement began with him claiming he's 'been silent for years' in an attempt to keep family strife to a minimum, but felt forced to speak out following 'continued' conversations between his parents and the media.

"Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed," he began.
"I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life."
'Controlled' narratives
Brooklyn went on to accuse David and Victoria of having 'controlled' the press' coverage of their family his 'entire life', slamming 'performative social media posts, family events and inauthentic relationships'.

"Recently, I have seen with my own eyes the lengths that they'll go through to place countless lies in the media," he continued.
"Mostly at the expense of innocent people, to preserve their own facade. But I believe the truth always comes out."
Wedding dress drama
Citing specific examples, Brooklyn accused his family of 'trying endlessly to ruin' his relationship with wife Nicola, claiming tensions first arose ahead of their 2022 wedding.

"My mum cancelled making Nicola's dress in the eleventh hour, despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress," he alleged.
Signing away the rights to his name
Brooklyn also accused his parents of 'repeatedly' pressuring him into signing away the rights to his name.
This, Brooklyn added, 'would have affected me, my wife, and our future children'.

"They were adamant on me signing before my wedding date because then the terms of the deal would be initiated. My holdout affected the payday, and they have never treated me the same since."

First dance fury
Brooklyn accused mum Victoria of meddling in the planning of the milestone event.
"During the wedding planning, my mum went so far as to call me 'evil' because Nicola and I chose to include my Nanny Sandra, and Nicola's Naunni at our table, because they both didn't have their husbands," Brooklyn continued.
"Both of our parents had their own tables equally adjacent to ours.
"The night before our wedding, members of my family told me that Nicola was 'not blood and 'not family.'
"Since the moment I started standing up for myself with my family, I've received endless attacks from my parents, both privately and publicly, that were sent to the press on their orders."

He added that his younger brothers, Cruz, 20, and Romeo, 23, had been sent by their parents 'to attack' him online, before blocking him.
"My mum hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song," Brooklyn also claimed.
"In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead.
"She danced very inappropriately on me in front of everyone. I've never felt more uncomfortable or humiliated in my entire life."
This incident, he went on to claim, is what spurred the couple to renew their vows in 2024, 'so we could create new memories of our wedding day that bring us joy and happiness, not anxiety and embarrassment'.
Birthday rejection
Brooklyn went on to cite his father's 50th birthday, which took place last year - right in the middle of tensions between Victoria and Nicola.

"Despite this, we still travelled to London for my dad's birthday and were rejected for a week as we waited in our hotel room trying to plan quality time with him," he said.
"He refused all of our attempts, unless it was at his big birthday party with a hundred guests and cameras at every corner.
"When he finally agreed to see me, it was under the condition that Nicola wasn't invited. It was a slap in the face.
"Later, when my family travelled to LA, they refused to see me at all."
'Brand Beckham comes first'
In the final element of his post, Brooklyn slammed his parents for valuing 'public promotion and endorsements above all else', adding that 'Brand Beckham comes first'.
"Family 'love' is decided by how much you post on social media," he claimed. "Or how quickly you drop everything to show up and pose for a family photo opp, even if it's at the expense of our professional obligations.

"We've gone out of our way for years to show up and support at every fashion show, every party, and every press activity to show 'our perfect family.'
"But the one time my wife asked for my mum's support to save displaced dogs during the LA fires, my mum refused."
'Controlled by parents'
Brooklyn ended his statement by insisting that the notion that it is Nicola who has separated him from his family is 'completely backwards'.
"I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life," he concluded.
"I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared."
