Chris Hughes sparks debate after breaking down in tears over JoJo Siwa days after being branded ‘creepy’

Celebrity Big Brother contestant Chris Hughes has sparked debate after he broke down in tears about his friendship with JoJo Siwa.
The former Love Island star, 32, and the American influencer, 21, have struck up an unlikely friendship on the show, however, some fans are seemingly confused over their relationship.
JoJo has been very open about being gay and having a partner back at home in the US - 27-year-old Kath Ebbs.
But with the Dance Moms star and Chris becoming increasingly close on the show - sleeping in beds together, giving each other massages, and writing secret notes on one another's hands - fans have been left confused.

And other contestants inside the CBB house have also started commenting on the behaviour.
The comments were made by Angellica Bell and Ella Rae Wise, after axed housemate Daley Thompson suggested that the pair were attempting to take more screen time.
Ella then later described Chris and JoJo as 'social climbers'.
Breaking down in tears in the diary room, Chris said: "I'm literally just in here being me, living.
"I hate f***ing toxic stuff in life like I hate environments. It just brings you down."
Suggesting Ella's actions stem from jealousy, the reality TV star continued: "She isn't sweet on JoJo so there might be a jealousy thing there, I don't know.
"She likes to have her two pence worth and if she's out of a conversation she wants to be in it."
After Chris became emotional while talking about the backlash, viewers took to social media where they expressed their views on the situation.
"Chris Hughes breaking down in tears as he was accused of 'game playing'. Surely not! Tune in for tears, tantrums, and tactical tea-making," one person wrote.
While another added: "Unbelievable really that people think Chris Hughes is a good enough actor to fake tears."
And a third said: "This is getting ridiculous that Chris Hughes a professional reality star lol crying for 60 mins he's been court out playing the public with jojo [sic]."
Meanwhile, others felt for Chris, with another adding: "I feel really sorry for Chris, JoJo is his Kem… What are the other housemates wanting him to do?"
While a second pointed out that he behaved in a similar way on Love Island adding: "I feel so sorry for chris. He’s been hated on and whispered about for coming in and making a FREIND there just jealous it’s the best friendship in the house. It is his personality look at love island."
And someone else said: "chris hughes’s crying on national television, nooo my shaylaaa."
It comes after Chris was criticised last week for a 'creepy' comment he made to JoJo.
The remark made as contestants were playing a game on the sofas, where they each listed one item which they would get from a supermarket with the person whose go it was needing to remember each item in order from the entire group as they went along.
And, when it came to JoJo's turn, she was able to successful recount every single item - something which clearly impressed Chris.
"That was really good, really well remembered," he congratulated her, before randomly adding: "That's a big turn on, that."
"What?" JoJo asked as he repeated: "A big turn on, that."
