The star shared a series of photos and posts explaining what happened and warning others so they won't do the same thing, after being 'thrown' from her golf cart.
"Rough day today, I fell/got thrown off my golf cart," she began, before recalling what happened.

"I was turning left to return to a golf ball, the tires and accelerator got stuck and it went full speed (25mph) in a few circles before going on two wheels and throwing me off...."
She continued: "I fell back onto my lower back, instinctively tucked my neck as far as I could to try and protect my head, but still hit it pretty hard."
"I rolled over my back but the cart kept going, I'm very very lucky for how I walked away from this today," she added.
Siwa reassured fans: "I am feeling okay, just sore. Monitoring myself, not taking any pain management medication so I can keep a close eye on myself."
"Gave myself, my dad and his friends a very good scare today but very very grateful to just be very sore," she added, sharing a photo of her cuddling her dog.
In another picture she is giving a thumbs up to the camera, with the caption: "This was a little bit after it happened."

"My adrenaline got me through very well, got up, and was just very shaken and lightly injured," she continued.
"Wasn't even sore until about three hours ago, the soreness kicked in... honestly it could've been a really really scary day with a life changing disaster," she wrote.
"Feeling very very grateful and lucky to be okay. Looking back replaying it and all the possibilities in my head, very scary," stressed the dance star.
"Learned a lesson today... slow down. Even when you're already going slow, GO SLOWER," she insisted to herself and her fans.
JoJo, who also recently shared her name is Joelle, celebrated her 23rd birthday last week with a sweet round up of photos.
The star is regularly seen playing golf with her boyfriend and family, but wanted to reassure fans that she's alright following the incident.
