The 25-year-old Cuban-American singer told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe: “As I get older, the priorities shift. And I feel like it was that way for both of us.”

Cabello added: “We both started so young, too. It’s like we’re really learning how to be healthy adults.”

The Amazon’s Cinderella actor also explained how her “focus has changed throughout” the journey of her life.

However, the couple were rumoured to be romantically involved in 2015 after the release of their first single together, I Know What You Did Last Summer.
