Language Of Love: Love Island Fans Will Love Channel 4's New Dating Show

This is sure to heat up a freezing cold January!

Channel 4 is about to release its brand new dating show - and if you're a Love Island fan, it's one for you.

The Language of Love sees a group of Brits heading over to a country estate in Andalusia, Spain, where they will meet a group of Spanish singletons.

The idea is to find love, despite not being able to speak each other's language.

You can watch the trailer below:

Hosted by Davina McCall and Ricky Merino - a TV presenter from Spain - the trailer sees the singles arrive at the stunning property - where Davina explains: "There's just one problem, none of you speak the same language as each other."

Similar to Love Island, the couples will take part in challenges and tasks to test their connection, as well as learning more about each other’s countries, their culture and their languages.

At the end of their journey, the couples will face the ultimate test - is love 'deeper than just words'? Will they stay together long distance, move to another country for their newfound love, or call it quits altogether?

The official synopsis explains: “A group of Brits seeking romance will travel to Spain where they’ll meet their potential partners – a group of Spanish speakers also looking for their own historia de amor – to test whether love is deeper than just words. Can sparks fly even with a language barrier to overcome?

“The newly-formed couples will take part in challenges and tasks to help them test their connection as well as learning more about each other’s countries, their culture and their languages. At the end of the series, will they choose amor or adiós?

"The international lovers will face a big dilemma: to call it quits, stay together long distance, or perhaps move country to be with their newfound love.”

Davina, 54, added: "The idea of the show poses the question is it possible to find love just through body language and instinct and intuition and a vibe off someone?"

Will they be able to make it work? (
