Married At First Sight's Jackson Lonie finally addresses split from Olivia Frazer

Jackson has finally commented on the split.

Married At First Sight Australia star Jackson Lonie has finally addressed his split from co-star and TV 'wife' Olivia Frazer.

The Aussie reality stars made waves during their time on the show's ninth season, forming an instant connection from the moment they met.

Although viewers watched the couple support one another and face challenges together head-on, things seem to have fizzled out when the show came to an end.

The couple confirmed earlier this August that they had decided to go their separate ways after ten months together, but assured fans that there were no hard feelings between them.

In a joint post to Instagram, they announced: "After a wonderful 10 months together we have decided to go our separate ways.

"There has always been a lot of love in our relationship and there will continue to be as we transition into a friendship.

"We have nothing but love and respect for one another, and no one is to blame for the end of this relationship. Simply a case of 'almost perfect.'

"We hope you all can please show compassion as we navigate this privately."

Since the announcement, Olivia has opened up about how she's been coping with the single life, but Jackson had remained tight-lipped - until now.

During a Q&A session with fans on Instagram, Jackson assured his followers that there really were no hard feelings between he and Olivia.

Jack refused to share the break-up story.

"Yeah, we'll take each day at a time", he said. "We're still friends, we're still on good terms and I think we always will be."

When another follower asked him if he would be up for sharing the story of the break-up to put an end to the rumours, Jackson replied: "No, I'm not going to be telling the break-up story because, to be perfectly honest, it's no-bloody-body's business except for ours.

"People can make up stories all they want but, surely you guys know by now that gossip pages are full of f*****g s**t."

Responding to another fan question about the future of his love life, Jackson insisted that he wasn't interested in dating anyone else straight away.

"I am just going to be myself, train hard and just get back to me", he said.

Jackson and Olivia's break-up announcement came around the same time as their co-star Daniel Holmes revealed he had split from girlfriend Carolina Santos.

The pair began their relationship whilst Carolina was officially 'married' to her on-screen husband Dion Giannarelli.
