Hollington Drive Fans May Recognise Eva From A Netflix Hit

We knew we recognised her from somewhere!

If you were hooked to ITV's new drama, Hollington Drive, this week, you may have recognised one cast member from another hit show.

Amelie Bea Smith - who plays Eva in the four-part thriller - is best known for being the voice of Peppa Pig - but she also starred in Netflix's hit show, The Haunting of Bly Manor, where she played Flora Wingrave.

We knew we recognised her from somewhere!

"Omg its Flora from The Haunting Of Bly Manor #HollingtonDrive," one person wrote on Twitter.

While another said: "New ITV drama….looks good…..watches first two minutes….it’s the Peppa Pig voice girl….now can’t hear anything else! #HollingtonDrive #peppapig."

Fans have been hooked to the gripping new drama, which focuses on the lives of sisters Theresa (Anna Maxwell Martin) and her older head teacher sibling, Helen (Rachael Stirling).

The sisters are close, and the series begins with them spending a sunny evening together in Theresa and her partner Fraser (Rhashan Stone)'s garden, where they are having a barbecue with their kids.

However, tensions arise when Theresa's 10-year-old son Ben (Fraser Holmes) asks to play in a nearby park with his cousin Eva (Amelia Bea Smith). Theresa is unsure, but agrees to let them go. However, things soon take a dark turn.

When the children don't return home on time, Theresa becomes nervous, and goes out looking for them. She finds them fighting in the woods and - later that evening - adding to her concern, they are strangely quiet.

Events become even more peculiar when the family's devastated neighbour, Jean (Jodie McNee), calls in, revealing that her 10-year-old son Alex (Jonas Armstrong) has gone missing.

Do the children know more than they're letting on? We can't wait to see what unfolds in the next episode...

Hollington Drive continues Wednesdays at 9pm on ITV.
