Following the worldwide success of Selling Sunset, a brand new real estate reality show is set to drop on Netflix and we can't wait.

Buying Beverly Hills will also be set stateside and look at the trials and tribulations of the luxury property market and its real estate agents in Beverly Hills. Watch below:

As seen in the trailer, the show, much like Selling Sunset, is about a lot more than just selling luxury properties, and the first season will consist of eight 40-minute-long episodes.

The show will star Mauricio Umansky, who leads The Agency which exclusively sells high-end properties.

And if Mauricio's name sounds familiar to you, that's because he's the husband of Kyle Richards from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Their daughter, Alexia Umansky, 26, will also star in the show alongside Farrah Brittany, 33, who is Kyle's daughter from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

The official synopsis reads: "Buying Beverly Hills is a new real estate occu-soap following the agents and clients within Mauricio Umansky’s The Agency in Beverly Hills, California. Mauricio, his daughters Farrah and Alexia, and the talented group of agents highlight the high stakes world of luxury real estate in Los Angeles."

The new show looks full of dramatic moments.

Reacting to the trailer, one viewer wrote: "This actually looks good, I'll be watching."

"Yesss! Love the Umansky family!" added a second.

"I will actually watch this," remarked a third, while a fourth wrote: "Looool idk what this is but I'm watching for Mo [sic]."

In June, Mauricio revealed the news about the upcoming show on his Instagram, writing: "I'm beyond thrilled to share that @theagencyre is arriving on Netflix in Buying Beverly Hills, coming this fall.

"I'll be starring alongside my daughters, @farrahbritt and @alexiaumansky , and a talented group of agents from The Agency in Beverly Hills.

"Following our agents and clients, the occu-soap highlights the high-stakes world of luxury real estate in Los Angeles. Stay tuned for details!"

And some fans were delighted by the announcement, with one user gushing: "It's about time. [I've been] waiting for you to do this show. I think it's great when people get to work with their kids. I know it will be better than selling sunset [sic]."

"You have worked so hard and it shows!" added a second, "Good Luck to You and Your Wonderful Daughter's !! [sic]"

And a third said: "Looking forward to see your show!!"

All of which begs the question, will you be tuning into Buying Beverly Hills?

Series one is set to be released on Netflix on 4 November.
