1000lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton leaves fans stunned after sharing new video

Tammy looks completely different since the TLC show started.

1000lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has left her fans in awe after showing off how much she's changed since first appearing on the show.

Tammy and her sister Amy document their weight-loss journey on the TLC reality series, starting off with a combined weight of over 1000 lbs, and it looks like Tammy's hard work is really paying off. Check out her video here:

Tammy Slaton - now Willingham since marrying Caleb Willingham back in November - posed in a red lace tank top and glasses with her blonde hair in ringlets.

The reality star, 36, had an oxygen tube in her nostrils and a freckle filter over her face.

When Tammy first appeared on the show, she was trying to slim down from a weight of 639lbs so she could qualify for a bariatric surgery.

And now, three seasons later, Tammy seems to have had some success and looks completely different to her former self.

People were blown away by Tammy's latest update on TikTok, and rushed to the comment section to congratulate her on her progress.

"Tammy you are looking good! Can't wait to watch the show," commented one follower.

"You look awesome!!" raved a second as a third added: "You look so good Tammy! Keep up the good work, it really shows."

"You've done so well, Tammy," wrote a fourth.

And a fifth penned: "Look at you!! Amazing girl!! You should be so so proud of yourself. I bet you feel awesome."

Despite her transformation, Tammy still has a long way to go - especially after a teaser trailer for the reality show's fourth season showed the harrowing moment that Tammy was rushed to hospital after she 'quit breathing'.

In the teaser clip, Tammy's sister Amy tells cameras that her body 'shut down'.

Tammy has lost a lot of weight since she first appeared on the show.

Tammy ends up undergoing an emergency tracheotomy - a procedure that puts a hole in the throat and inserts a breathing tube through it - to make sure Tammy could get access to oxygen.

Despite the horror health scare, Tammy pulled through in the end, calling out to the camera crew: "I'm still here, b***hes!"

Tammy is still holding out to be approved for a bariatric surgery, but Dr Eric Smith insists that she will need to lose more weight before it's safe to go through with it.

The fourth season of 1000-Lb Sisters returns to TLC on 17 January, 2023. An air date for the UK has not yet been confirmed.
