The 1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has surprised fans by announcing that she recently got married.
The 36-year-old tied the knot with Caleb Willingham just three weeks after the couple got engaged.
Tammy's news was revealed exclusively to People Magazine, with her marrying her husband at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio on Saturday.
After revealing the news, the TV star told the website: "You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you'll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham.

Tammy and Caleb met at a rehab center and fell in love at the same location.
For their wedding last weekend, a TLC source told People that the celebration consisted of a small gathering of around 30 family and friends.
People say Tammy was seen in "a white gown and tiara, as she poses with her sister Amy" for pictures.
For fans of The1000-lb Sisters, Tammy and Caleb's journey to getting married and the big day will be documented in the new series.
The popular TLC show follows Tammy and her sister Amy, who used to top more than 1,000 pounds combined on the scales.
The show started with its first season in early 2020, following the sister's journeys on losing weight - but the ride isn't easy.
Fans will be delighted to know that the next series is due in the new year, and the big wedding day will feature in an episode on 17 January.
Tammy's previous relationship had been documented on the reality TV show, and the heartbreak that goes with a breakup, too.
Last year, she split up with partner Phillip, and spoke about the reason for it on the show.
She said: "We broke up. I guess you could say I did it, cause I was tired of fighting with him and he said my insecurities were my problem.
"And, like, at the beginning of the relationship I told him, I was like, can you promise you’ll help me through my insecurities. He said it got to be too much."
Her sister Amy added: "Tammy told me she broke up with Phil, and I'm like, about damn time. Now you need to work on yourself. Tammy don't need somebody that wants her to be a glutton.
"I'm hoping with the whole breakup, it don't deter Tammy away from her weight loss, because she needs to lose this 25 lbs. The doctor gave her a goal."
