The 1000-lb Sister star now looks completely unrecognisable after sharing photos of her dramatic weight loss journey.
Tammy and her sister Amy have been documenting their weight loss journey since 2020, when the two sisters shared a combined weight of over 1000 lbs.
Now three years on, Tammy has shared snaps that have shocked fans all over.

In the first season of TLC's 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy was attempting to shed a few pounds to qualify for a bariatric surgery.
Tammy's aim was to dramatically slim down from 717 lbs and the reality TV star did exactly that after finally achieving her weight-loss goal and managing to get down to 534 lbs.
Speaking on a recent episode of the show Tammy revealed: "When I got on the scale and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kinda stopped breathing for a second.
"I'm like 14 lbs under my goal weight. From over 700, that's a huge drop."
Tammy added: "I'm feeling thrilled, proud, excited... just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong.
"Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!"
While there were a few bumps in the road regarding Tammy's weight-loss journey, the TV star was finally able to go through the life-changing surgery in an episode that aired last month.
The surgery has been hailed as a total success.
Tammy isn't the most active on social media however she took to Instagram earlier this week to share with her 419,000 followers exactly how she's faring post op.
Tammy's followers couldn't get over just how big of a transformation she had gone through with many fans quick to congratulate Tammy on her weight loss journey.
One Instagram user wrote: "I think I speak for everyone when I say WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU."
"Wow," a second posted, "what a big difference keep going Tammy."
A third praised: "Hell yeah girl. Keep killing it. So proud of you."
"You’re an inspiration for others. Keep going all the way!" congratulated a final Instagram user.

Now that Tammy has had her surgery, not long after marrying her husband Caleb Willingham, the TV star has already started thinking about having kids.
"I’ve missed so much and I’m excited to have a new chance on life," she told cameras this season.
"Who knows, I could have a kid."
Tammy revealed that she has always been averse to having children but seeing her sister Amy become a mother seemed to totally change her thoughts on the matter.
"I don’t know, just something changed. I’ve been seeing Amy with Gage and Glenn. So, I’ve been thinking about it. Nothing’s written in stone. I don’t even know if I can have kids.
"But, who knows. Maybe there will be a little Tammy running around one day. I don’t know if the world is ready for that," Tammy revealed.
