In the fast food-related news we all wanted to hear, Burger King has announced the return of its iconic Chicken Fries to its menu.
Yep, after reducing its menu in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, the makers of the Whopper have announced that Chicken Fries are making a comeback, in both the classic and in a spicy Jalapeño flavour.
In case you've never tried the Chicken Fries before, they're basically 100 per cent chicken breast coated in crispy breadcrumbs.

Meanwhile, the Jalapeño Chicken Fries are made with a fiery seasoning for a little extra kick.
Both menu items can be bought on their own from Burger King stores from today (Monday 20th July).
Regular Chicken Fries cost £3.29 for six pieces and £3.79 for nine pieces, meanwhile Jalapeño Chicken Fries are slightly dearer at £3.49 for six pieces, and £3.89 for nine pieces.

You can also get them as part of an epic new sharing box, which is filled with five delicious Chicken Fries, five Nuggets, five Chilli Cheese Bites, five Onion Rings and two Dips. Mmmm.
Priced at £6.49 for home delivery and £5.99 in store, the box is the perfect takeaway if you're looking for some finger food to pick at.
Chicken Fries were first trialled at a small selection of Burger King restaurants, and following an overwhelmingly positive reception, they're rolling out permanently nationwide.

Katie Evans, Marketing Director at Burger King UK said: "We're delighted to be able to bring back another much-loved menu item as we continue to ease out of lockdown with our phased re-opening plan. What better way to celebrate the gradual return to normality than sharing a box of chicken fries with friends!"
It comes as the burger joint also recently brought back the Halloumi King Burger and Bacon King Burger last month.
They do spoil us! Burger King for lunch, anyone?
