You might just forgive us for speaking about Christmas in August when you hear the news in question: Lush's iconic annual Advent Calendar is soon available for pre-order!

The calendar, which is a yearly event in itself for beauty lovers, is available to nab in advance from 27th August online - and this year's offering sounds super special.
Stunningly presented in a reusable handmade case, the advent contains an entirely vegan roster of 24 products leading up to Christmas Day.

This year's beautiful case is said to be inspired by a magical nighttime garden, with artwork created by London based designer, Sally Kelly.

Suzie Hackney, Lush's Creative Director, said: "For our 2020 Advent Calendar we wanted to give customers another unique gifting experience. The same considerations have been made as last year, with the goal to create a lasting piece of packaging which has a life way beyond Christmas.
"The packaging design has taken inspiration from a vintage luggage trunk, aiming to conjure the same magic as Mary Poppins carpet bag.
"The layers inside the box, which reveal the 24 day countdown, can be taken out for storing your Lush products or anything else you'd like."

The box is completely reusable and recyclable so you can keep it on your dressing table and fill it with your own beauty products, jewellery or whatever you like when Christmas is over and done with.
Each year, the launch of the bath bomb pioneers' advent calendars are one of the hottest dates on the beauty calendar.
Last year, Lush's 2019 advent featured an incredible fold-out design.
Fans got a beautifully decorated chest, done up with ribbons, that folded out to reveal three drawers filled with 24 full-sized Lush products.
