Woman makes very NSFW mistake on her wedding invites

Woman makes very NSFW mistake on her wedding invites

She apologised to her mum for the explicit error but admits she can see the funny side.

Typos are an annoying part of life, but when it comes to important documents like wedding invitations, we try to avoid them completely.

But unfortunately for one bride, she accidentally made the NSFW typo of the century on her wedding invitations.

The bride shared the unbelievable - but hilarious - blunder on TikTok under the name @Squidward.Tentacles, and it wasn't long before her revelation went viral.

"So I got my wedding invitations in the mail today," she began the video. "Super exciting. Except I made a very large mistake that I'm gonna share with you guys.

"Other brides don't make this mistake," she warned before speculating that she was sure it's 'super common'.

She then showed off the 'really cute' RSVP cards, which revealed one very big problem - a link to the adult website PornHub.

The blushing bride explained that she had put the adult website on her invitations as a 'placeholder', and it became clear it really was everywhere.

Another part of the invite read: "For more wedding details, please visit our website: www.pornhub.com."

She also revealed that she'd used the budget hotel chain Super 8 Motel as a placeholder too, assuring any guests who might be watching that they aren't actually going there.

As for the adult website, she said: "If you're my Mum, I'm sorry. I will fix it. I think it's funny, personally, but I don't think anyone else is going to find it funny."

This is not where you want to send your wedding guests.

Luckily for her, a lot of people on TikTok also saw the funny side to the mistake.

"Something tells me this isn’t as common as you made it seem," wrote one viewer. "Funny tho."

A second advised the bride to look on the bright side, adding: "Girly consider it a blessing! There are hella words spelled wrong."

"I didn't realise that I was invited to your wedding since I go to your website daily," joked a third while a fourth wrote: "Can you imagine the people making the invitations??"

"Well everybody's going to call and RSVP now," remarked a fifth. "Congrats on your engagement."

"The way I gasped when I saw the website," reacted a sixth viewer.

Meanwhile, a seventh offered up some advice for the revised invitations.

They wrote: "Typos aside, you don't need that many details on the reception card! Just say cocktails dinner and dancing, put the actual deets on your website [sic]."
