Previously unseen footage from an interview with Virginia Giuffre in 2019 has been aired on TV, revealing more details about Andrew Mountbatten Windsor’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
The BBC Panorama interview, titled Panorama: The Fall of Prince Andrew, hit screens with the additional clips for the first time yesterday (4 November) more than five years after it was filmed.
Giuffre, who tragically took her own life earlier this year at the age of 41, first made allegations against the former royal in 2019, claiming she'd had sex with Andrew on three separate occasions from the age of 17 after being trafficked by convicted paedophile Epstein and his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell.

Despite Andrew denying the accusations against him, he and Giuffre reached an out-of-court settlement following a civil suit three years later.
Andrew has now been stripped of all his titles and honours in the wake of the scandal, after Giuffre's posthumous memoir was published this month, with more harrowing allegations.

Speaking about how she first met Andrew, she said in the interview: "Ghislaine tells me that I have to do for Andrew what I do for Jeffrey, and that made me sick.

"I just didn’t expect it from royalty. I didn’t expect from someone who people look up to and admire in the Royal Family."
Giuffre said that 'he knows what happened, I know what happened, and there’s only one of us telling the truth and I know that's me'.
As per The Mirror, she also claimed she engaged in an orgy which allegedly involved Andrew and eight other girls on Epstein's private island.
She said elsewhere in the harrowing interview: "I was a toy. I was there to be passed around. But I was still a human being with feelings and emotion and sadness. And to know that this man had daughters, that he was still capable of abusing me. It's... it just doesn't make sense."

She went on to accuse Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year sentence in prison for sex trafficking, of being 'more physically abusive in some aspects than Jeffrey Epstein even was'.
Giuffre said: "She almost took pleasure in the fact, knowing that you were highly uncomfortable and that you were feeling sick to your stomach and that you were going through pain."

The former Duke of York and prince became simply known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor with immediate effect from 30 October 2025, following a statement from Buckingham Palace.

He's also been told he has to move out of Royal Lodge, a mansion he's lived in with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson since 2008.
"His Majesty has today initiated a formal process to remove the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew," the Palace said in a statement.
"Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence. Formal notice has now been served to surrender the lease, and he will move to alternative private accommodation."
In a statement given to the BBC, Giuffre’s family said she had 'never stopped fighting for accountability'.

It said: “Today, an ordinary American girl from an ordinary American family brought down a British prince with her truth and extraordinary courage.
“Virginia Roberts Giuffre, our sister, a child when she was sexually assaulted by Andrew, never stopped fighting for accountability for what had happened to her and countless other survivors like her.
“Today, she declares a victory. We, her family, along with her survivor sisters, continue Virginia’s battle and will not rest until the same accountability applies to all of her abusers and abetters, connected to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.”
