King Charles III could be about to break Queen Elizabeth’s 'rule' for her grandson, Prince Harry, and his wife, Meghan Markle.

Now, as we know, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down as senior royals back in 2020 after facing mass media scrutiny at the hands of British tabloids, with Markle unfortunately facing the brunt of unrelenting racially-motivated abuse.

They've since relocated to the US where they are currently raising Charles' grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Harry has previously declared that he would never bring his family back to the UK unless he can guarantee full police protection in a bombshell interview about his relationship with his father and fellow royal family members.

But, according to a royal source as per RealityTea, Charles may make a 'part-time royal' deal with the Sussexes.

It could see the pair take part in select royal duties, while maintaining their commercial freedom.

According to the outlet, such a decision could come about due to Charles health issues as he is currently undergoing cancer treatment following a diagnosis in 2024. Buckingham Palace are yet to disclose what type of cancer it is.

While Charles is maintaining a full work schedule, despite still undergoing the weekly cancer treatment, a significant amount of his workload has become the heir to the throne Prince William’s responsibility.

And, if something happens to Charles, then William is next in line meaning that Harry's return may help his older brother out with his growing responsibilities.

It 'isn’t about feelings', an aide reportedly told Rob Shuter. "It’s about survival," they added.

It's important to note at this point that Shuter's intel has been proven false after he claimed a source said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were apparently 'stung' by a joke Oprah made about their 'Sussex' surname last week.

However, a spokesperson for the Sussexes said it was 'categorically untrue' that the pair were annoyed at Oprah.

But, apparently, such a ruling would go against the late Queen's values.

"You’re either in or out," she reportedly declared in 2020.

An insider also reportedly mentioned that the late Queen might have seen Charles' decision as a 'betrayal' - speculation which is totally unfounded.

Shuter also quoted another source, who speculated over Charles' possible intention behind his youngest son's 'part-time' return as a royal.

"He needs their global star power to keep the monarchy relevant," they said.

Tyla has reached out to Buckingham Palace for comment on Shuter's claims.
