President Trump is understood to have had a pretty surprising reaction to the recent confirmation that his son's ex-wife is officially dating professional golfer Tiger Woods.
Vanessa Trump went public with the sportsman over the weekend following mass speculation regarding the status of their relationship, confirming their love affair with a sweet social media snap.
The 43-year-old was previously married to the politician's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr, for 12 years.
The former couple split in 2018 after welcoming five children together: 17-year-old daughter Kai, 16-year-old son Donald III, and the youngest trio, Tristan, Spencer, and Chloe.

Rumours began doing the rounds earlier this month, claiming that Vanessa had since been 'secretly dating' follow divorcée Woods, 49.
Finally, the new couple confirmed their newfound love over the weekend, choosing to share a series of loved-up photo together on Instagram.
The first showed the pair standing with their arms around one another, while the second saw Vanessa snuggling into the sportsman's chest.

Sportsman and father-of-two Woods captioned the cosy social media photo: "Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!
"We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts."
Many fans of the big-name couple have since been left wondering how the Trump family might be feeling about Vanessa's new romance - but apparently, 78-year-old patriarch and president Donald Trump couldn't be happier.
According to Page Six, the Republican leader is a long-term fan of the golfer.

One of the first high-profile stars to comment on Woods' latest Instagram upload (shared on Sunday 23 March) is her ex sister-in-law, 43-year-old Ivanka Trump, who gushed, 'So happy for you both' alongside a stream of love-heart emojis in the comments.
PEOPLE Magazine also reported that Vanessa's ex-husband Donald Jr. is 'cool with' her romance with Woods.

According to several US news outlets, the new couple have been friends for some time, both residing in Florida, reportedly only 20 minutes apart, but they've only recently taken their relationship to the next level.
An insider previously told Page Six that while things are 'not too serious' yet between them, their romance is 'heading in that direction'.
"They’re a good match," the source continued. "They’re level-headed, they like to avoid drama, they share a lot of the same values."
Woods shares his two children - son Charlie, 16, and daughter Sam, 17 - with Swedish fashion star ex-wife Elin Nordegren, from whom he split in 2010, six years after tying the knot.
