RFK Jr just ‘exposed’ Donald Trump with risky comment about his diet

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has gone viral for his recent and brutally honest comments about Donald Trump's diet.

The US Health and Human Services Secretary appeared on the Katie Miller Podcast hosted by Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller's wife, on Tuesday (January 13).

He talked about the Trump administration’s new 'Make America Healthy Again' dietary guidelines, which are encouraging people to focus on protein and whole grains and to reduce their intake of ultra-processed foods. The official also delved into everything from vaccine guidelines to which cabinet member can do more pushups and as we say, President Trump's diet.

When asked which member of the Trump administration has the healthiest diet and fitness routine, he named United States Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy and United States Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.

But, when quizzed on who had the most 'unhinged' diet, Kennedy answered: "The president."

He said: "The interesting thing about the president is that he eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s, and, you know, candy and Diet Coke. He drinks Diet Coke at all times."

Kennedy Jr went on to brutally joke: "He has the constitution of a deity. I don’t know how he’s alive, but he is.

"He says the only time that he eats junk food is when he’s on the road and he wants to eat food from big corporations because he trusts it and doesn’t want to get sick."

He clarified: “When he’s at Mar-a-Lago or the White House, he’s eating really good food.

“If you travel with him, you just get the idea that he’s pumping himself with poison all day long, and you don’t know how he’s walking around, much less being the most energetic person any of us have ever met."

As the comments have gone viral on social media, some people have joked that the Health and Human Services Secretary could be 'about to lose his job' for 'exposing' Trump's diet.

One person commented: "RFK about to lose his job lol."

A second agreed: "Donald is not gonna be happy with this one."

And a third sarcastically joked: "But I thought he was perfectly healthy. The best results. Nobody has had better results than him."

"He'll probably fire him in less than a month for saying he doesn't eat well," quipped another social media user.

This isn't the first time we've heard about Trump's love for fast food. The president has notably been open about his reported 'dozen Diet Cokes a day' and frequent trips to McDonald's.

In October last year, the Republican National Committee chair Joe Gruters revealed that the Republican leader put together his own McDonald’s super-burger while on the campaign trail in 2024.

As per The Independent, Gruters said at the time: “He had a Filet-o-Fish, a Quarter Pounder, a Big Mac, and I think he combined two of them. How does a guy that is as senior as him get away with eating all this McDonald’s probably on a consistent basis?”
