Melania Trump has sparked fresh concern on her whereabouts after Donald Trump's latest public appearance.

People were quick to clock that Melania has been noticeably absent since the inauguration ceremonies took place nearly a month ago now (20 January).

Trump, on the other hand, has been holding a number of press conferences, signing off a flurry of executive orders, and even attending the Super Bowl a few weeks back (9 February).

The 54-year-old First Lady has been missing from several public events, with the latest being NASCAR's Daytona 500 over the weekend on Sunday (16 February).

Trump headed to Florida to watch the 'Great American Race', but as he exited his plane, Melania was nowhere to be seen - something which hasn't gone unnoticed by people online, with many taking to social media to share their confusion.

One X user penned: "Doesn’t it seem odd to you that Melania is basically MIA? I miss seeing her with him… Also…hope she’s okay."

Another Trump supporter piped up: "Where's Melania?? Don't get me wrong, we all love that the Big Boss is going there, showing up for the people but we really want to see the First Lady next to him. The World's Power Couple."

"Was hoping to see Melania on this trip," echoed a third.

Trump previously took to social media himself to share a statement ahead of his Daytona 500 appearance.

"Today, I look forward to joining tens of thousands of American Patriots in Daytona Beach, Florida, for the Great American Race - the legendary Daytona 500 - and the official start to the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series," he wrote.

The 78-year-old Republican leader continued: "This iconic race showcases the fastest, most fearless drivers in motorsports, who represent our Nation’s love of tradition, competition, and automotive innovation. The Daytona 500 brings together people from all walks of life - from lifelong racing fans to first-time spectators—they all join in celebrating a shared passion for speed, adrenaline, and the thrill of the race.

"From the roar of the engines on the track to the echo of 'The Star-Spangled Banner' soaring through the stands, the Daytona 500 is a timeless tribute to the speed, strength, and unyielding spirit that make America great. That spirit is what will fuel America’s Golden Age, and if we harness it, the future is truly ours."

Trump signed off the message from both himself and Melania - despite the fact she wasn't in attendance.

"Melania and I send our best wishes for a safe and successful race. May God bless our Armed Forces, and may He continue to bless the United States of America," he rounded off.
