Donald Trump’s new presidential walk of fame includes savage roast of Joe Biden

The US president teased that he was going to make the controversial swap earlier this month

MAGA supporters have claimed President Donald Trump has just committed ‘epic-level trolling’ over his predecessor Joe Biden as the administration continues to fan the flames of autopen allegations.

On Wednesday (September 24), it was revealed that a Presidential Hall of Fame had been created in the West Wing Colonnade of the White House.

It features ornate gold frames with monochromatic portraits of former Presidents, including two of Trump to mark his reign as both 45th and 47th POTUS.

Images of Barack Obama and George Washington, among other US leaders, also featured on the wall situated near the Oval Office, as seen in a video shared to Twitter by Margo Martin, the 30-year-old special assistant and communications advisor.

After reviewing the first picture of Trump, Martin zoomed in on another image of what appeared to be an autopen signing the name of former President Joe Biden.

Social media users have concluded that this has replaced the 82-year-old’s official presidential portrait in the so-called Hall of Fame.

An autopen is a device that mechanically replicates a person's signature.

Several U.S. presidents are known to have used the mechanical device to sign documents, letters, and legislation effortlessly, according to the Associated Press.

In June, the president ordered an investigation into Biden’s actions and autopen use in a memorandum that cites Biden’s ‘cognitive decline’, as per ITV News.

He also suggested that pardons Biden signed using the technology should be considered null and void.

At the time, Trump asked agency heads to probe whether ‘certain individuals conspired to deceive the public about Biden’s mental state and unconstitutionally exercise the authorities and responsibilities of the President’.

The businessman also called for a review of ‘the policy documents for which the autopen was used, including clemency grants, Executive Orders, Presidential memoranda, or other Presidential policy decisions’.

In July, Biden insisted in an interview with the New York Times that he’d authorised the use of his signature via autopen on important documents.

“I made every decision,” the Democrat said. "The autopen is, you know, is legal. As you know, other presidents used it, including Trump.

When asked about the conspiracy allegations, the father-of-four branded his Republican opponents as ‘liars’.

“They’ve lied so consistently about almost everything they’re doing. The best thing they can do is try to change the focus and focus on something else.

"It's consistent with Trump’s game plan all along.”

Social media has erupted since learning that Trump replaced Biden’s headshot with an autopen image.

After watching Martin’s video, one Twitter user typed: “I ABSOLUTELY FREAKING LOVE TRUMP. LMAO.”

Adam Parkhomenko, former national field director for the Democratic National Committee second wrote: “Donald Trump and his clown car crew actually hung a photo of an AUTOPEN instead of President Joe Biden at the White House. Not even a picture of the man himself just a machine signing paper. That’s how deep their pettiness runs. Absolutely pathetic.”

“Donald Trump could take Bidens picture down but he still can't get away from the fact that he was beat by President Joe Biden!,” remarked someone else.

A fourth commented: “EPIC-level trolling….”

Trump previously teased the autopen-portrait swap in an interview with the Daily Caller.

“We put up a picture of the autopen. He didn’t win the race. He lost badly. He was a horrible president.”
