Social media star Emilie Kiser has shared a gut-wrenching post on Instagram this week, six months on from the tragic death of her son Trigg.
The three-year-old drowned in his family's Arizona pool back in May. Though responding officers performed CPR on the toddler, he was placed in critical condition at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
There, six days later, Trigg sadly died.
Parenting, lifestyle and wellbeing influencer Kiser is also mum to son Theodore, who was born in March this year, sharing both children with husband Brady.

The 26-year-old began posting again following a break from social media back in August, addressing her son's passing for the first time with a gut-wrenching message.
In a lengthy post, she described the late toddler at the time as 'our baby and our best friend',.

"The light and spirit he brought into this world was bright, pure, joyful, and undeniable," she continued. "We miss him every second of every day and continuing forward often feels unbearable."
Elsewhere, the internet star claimed she takes 'full accountability' for Trigg's passing, claiming: "I know I should have done more to protect him. One of the hardest lessons I carry is that a permanent pool fence could have saved his life, and it's something I will never overlook again.
"I hope amidst this pain, Trigg's story will help prevent other children and families from suffering the same loss."
With the latter in mind, Kiser also took to social media on Wednesday (12 November) to mark six months since her baby's passing, and warning fellow parents on the best means of avoiding the same heartbreaking circumstances.
Looking back on the last half-a-year, she began: "The second it hit midnight this morning it’s like my body knew.

"What felt like any ordinary day six months ago turned into the worst moments of my entire life. The day my son Trigg drowned.
"I miss him with every fibre of my being. Every ounce of me yearns to hold him again, hug him again, tell him how special he is, and how much I love him."
Offering advice in a bid to 'save families from the pain of losing a child to a preventable accident, such as drowning', Kiser went on to beg: "1. Please watch your children at all times. No amount of supervision is too much or 'helicopter parenting'.
"2. Please get a pool fence, not an automatic cover, not a net, a fence. Better yet, add a fence around those other barriers. Add pool alarms, extra locks, and automatic closers to your doors."
The online star added: "3. Please sign your kids up for swimming lessons - ISR lessons as soon as the age of 6 months old.
"4. Please take every precaution possible around water with your children. Drowning is quick and preventable."

Kiser concluded her latest message by admitting: "I know statistically Trigg’s drowning won’t be the last, and more have happened since.
"I miss him daily, I love him forever, and I hope I can spread even an ounce of the joy he gifted to us and everyone he crossed paths with each day."
