Charlotte Dawson Praised For Celebrating 'Tiger Stripes' Five Weeks After Giving Birth

The 28-year-old, who welcomed her first son Noah with fiancé Matt Sarsfield back in January, cuddled up with her baby boy in the sweet snap.

With her hair in a messy bun and wearing big, comfortable maternity underwear, the reality TV personality lifted the lid on how 'Mum life' certainly did not mean 'Milf life' in an honest caption - but that she was happier than ever.

"Even though I can't be arsed washing my hair, doing my makeup, be[ing] productive," she said. "I'm leaking from my udders I live in me Bridget knickers cba to start exercising...I love being your mummy so much...you make my life brighter."

Charlotte then went on to describe how her body has since changed after labour.

"I'm loving my tiger stripes because they gave me you... You're my bestest, my shadow, my cherub stuck to my udders," she continued.

"Five weeks tomozza and you're going through a growth spurt. I just want to cuddle you all day long and do nothing else, that's what I'm doing."

Charlotte's candid post on praise from her 1.2 million Instagram followers, who thanked the star for her raw and unfiltered portrayal of becoming a first time mum.

"So much love for this!" one fan wrote, while another said: "So refreshing to see a post like this, keeping it real mama and still looking fab!"

A third added: "Can I just say thank you for showing women and mums to be that not everyone bounces back to a twig straight after a baby, and showing everyone the real life mum? You look amazing."

A fourth person thanked Charlotte for saying she couldn't be bothered to exercise just yet. "You don't need to feel any pressure to exercise," they said. "Noah will never be a baby again, soak it all up. You're a great body role model for young girls and new mums.

"I love this, so inspiring and real, this is exactly what it's like after having a baby and it's so nice to see you sharing real mum life!" a fifth wrote. "You look amazing as always."
