Charlotte Dawson Praised For Showing Realities Of Post-Pregnancy Body

Charlotte Dawson has spoken candidly about her post-pregnancy body - and fans adore her for it.

The 28-year-old welcomed her first son Noah with fiancé Matt Sarsfield last month, and has been busy showing off her adorable little one on Instagram.

The former Celebs Go Dating star has thrown herself into motherhood, but is also mindful that her body has changed in the wake of the birth - and has decided to speak openly about it.

In a hilarious video posted to her 1.1 million Instagram followers, Charlotte showed off the "glamour" of being a new mum, and revealed she was still wearing all her maternity gear.

Showing off how her body has changed the tune of LMFAO's Sexy and I Know It, she captioned the post: "The glamour of being a new mama my darlings... making sure you've got your big Bridget knickers, extra thick big maternity pads, breast pads... the list is endless!" before proudly showing off her new mum gear.

Fans warmly praised the star for her frank honesty about being a first-time mum, with many flocking to comment on the video.

"This is why so many people love you - honest, down to earth and real," wrote one admirer.

Another added: "I love you so much, you're so real and just don't care what people think. I seriously admire you so much.

A third gushed: "Where were you when I had my first baby? Just brilliant!"

In a later video, Charlotte showed off her post-pregnancy stomach, and proudly displayed her post-partum "tiger stripes".

Holding her fuller stomach, Charlotte danced around to Rihanna's hit Work.

With so many women now feeling the pressure to snap back to their pre-baby bodies, particularly with Instagram's heavy focus on looking polished, filtered and preened, others loved Charlotte for embracing how she's changed.

"I just love mummy Chazza!" another fan wrote. "So open and honest not that I was expecting anything less girl! It's just so refreshing to see on Instagram!"
