One of the internet’s strangest recurring questions, whether Barron Trump is a time traveller, has been addressed by someone within the Trump family.
The viral conspiracy surrounding Donald Trump’s 20-year-old son has gained traction on social media, fuelled in part by a set of 19th-century novels by Ingersoll Lockwood. These books, which feature a fictional character named 'Baron Trump' resurfaced during Trump’s first presidency and have since become a cornerstone of the theory.
Putting the theory to one side for a moment, Barron was born on March 20, 2006. Unlike many members of his high-profile family, he has largely stayed out of the public spotlight. In recent years, however, he has drawn attention for his height, and apparently for his ability to whizz through time. According to the Palm Beach Post, Barron is between 6'7 and 6'9 tall, which is bigger than his own father. Trump, 79, is at 6'3'', and 55-year-old Melania is 5'11.
Lara Trump, who is married to Donald Trump’s son Eric, has weighed in on the viral claims that her brother-in-law is a time traveller while speaking on her Right View show on Fox News.

She shared her shock at the ‘amount of views that some of these videos get where they really dissect how this really worked out,’ referring to the social media hype surrounding the theory.
But then she said: “I’m not trying to ruin anybody or rain on any parades here. Barron Trump is not a time traveller. Sorry to say it. I’m sorry, I broke a lot of people’s hearts today.”
She continued: "Name me anybody who actually can say that that's a real thing? It doesn't exist, but people have gotten so far off the rails on this Barron being a time traveler thing. I don't know what to tell you. I think it's crazy. I've known Barron for 18 years, okay, he's not a time traveler."

The TV personality finished her response by saying: "I've seen him grow up, it's crazy stuff, but I think people love to grab on to conspiracies or things that are very far-fetched like that."
In other news, Barron Trump has made a surprising move into business, reportedly becoming a partner in a new beverage company launching a yerba mate drink.
He is listed as one of five figures behind the brand, which is set to release its first product in 2026.
The venture already has financial backing and has even attracted attention online, suggesting Barron may be carving out a business-focused path of his own, rather than politics, or time travel.
