Well, luckily for us, one mum has shared her quick and easy hack she uses to make her kids' packed lunches for the week in a matter of minutes.

The woman, who goes by the handle @lauren.clutter online, began by telling viewers she had been doing the hack for 'a couple years now'.

"All right," she continued. "I don't have time to make everybody lunches in the morning when I'm trying to get everybody ready for school."

So, Lauren explained, she gets to prepping ahead of the working week on Sunday afternoons and pre-makes her children's packed lunches for the 'first couple days of the week'.

The short clip sees the mum-of-four open up a packet of conjoined bread rolls before slicing the entire thing in half.

"I take Hawaiian rolls, slice it in half and then put meat and cheese on them to make their sandwiches," she went on.

Lauren noted that her kids 'don't like condiments' hence why she left that crucial step out, however, if your little ones are partial to a smattering of butter, ketchup or mayo then you do you.

She concluded: "Then you just cut them up and you've got 12 sandwiches ready for the week."

The TikTok has since gone viral after clocking up more than 4.9 million views on the platform, with hundreds of people eager to share their reaction to the nifty little trick.

One TikTok user praised: "Omg I need to get up on all your hacks now that I have a baby on the way!"
