We're well versed in flexing our vocal chords to the Mamma Mia soundtrack - but now a HIIT workout offers the chance to give your body a workout to ABBA's greatest hits.
Given that it only takes the opening bars of a track by the Swedish supergroup to get us moving, this is the kind of exercise we can get on board with.
The 25-minute high-intensity routine comes courtesy of personal trainer and fitness YouTuber Emily Thorne, or 'emkfit' as her subscribers know her.
Her dance-themed workout begins with warm up exercises to Lay All Your Love On Me and moves on to chart-topping treats like Gimme Gimme, Take A Chance on Me and, of course, Dancing Queen.

Released earlier this month, the routine gives a full-body workout, combining exercise upper body exercise with side-lunges and butt-toning squats.
It's fun, energising and guaranteed to make you break a sweat in a way that Rosie, Tanya and Donna would approve of.

In other Mamma Mia related news, the musical's creator has just revealed there will be a third film in the franchise, adding that it was always "meant to be a trilogy".
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Judy Craymer said she was planning to use lockdown to conceptualise Mamma Mia! The Movie 3.

However, she added that the ongoing pandemic had made it hard to concentrate.
"I was meant to have been getting on with that, in my head, during these months. But then I got hit with Covid fog,' she told me, from her country home in Warwickshire," she said.
'I think one day there will be another film, because there's meant to be a trilogy, you see."
Claiming that it had already got the go-ahead from movie bosses, she added: "I know Universal would like me to do it".
